OASIS TOUR

1 Day: Chebika - Tamerza - Mides - Mos Espa Set - Nefta

Your driver will pick you up from your Tozeur hotel in the morning. From here you will visit the stunning oasis of Chebika where you can swim in the pure water or explore the old village on foot. From there you will travel to Tamerza, witness the stunning waterfalls and wander through the abandoned town. Mides, a beautiful old village, is next. You will have time to witness the grandeur of the canyon and explore this abandoned village. Next, you will travel through the dunes, via OngJemel, to the Star Wars set of Mos Espa. After living out your Star Wars fantasies, you will drive through the desert and witness the sunset. After this, you will return to Tozeur in time for dinner.

DESERT TOURS

Day 1: Tozeur - Chott el Jerid - Douz - Ksar Ghilane (with camel trek)
Day 2: Ksar Ghilane - Matmata - Gabes/Tozeur

Day 1: Your driver will pick you up from your Tozeur hotel in the morning. From there you will drive  via the stunning Chott el Jerid salt lake before you continue your journey to Douz for lunch. From Douz you will drive to Ksar Ghilane and have your first taste of the endless expanse of desert. A camel awaits you, for a trip to Fort Tisavar, an ancient Roman fortress in the Sahara desert from where you will watch the sun set into the dunes. You will end your day  at Camp , where you will sleep for the night.

Day 2: After a relaxing breakfast at the Campement, you will have the opportunity to go for a swim at the natural hot springs of Ksar Ghilane, or perhaps hire a quad bike or go for a horse ride in the  Sahara. Then you will drive to Matmata, where you may also visit a troglodyte dwelling, and go to the Hotel Sidi Driss, made famous as Lars’ Homestead in the Star Wars films. After lunch your guide will drive you to Gabés, where you may depart, or back to Tozeur.

STAR WARS SET TOUR

1/2 Day: Ong Jemal - Mos Espa site - Nefta

You will be picked up from your Tozeur accommodation after lunch time.
To begin your journey to a Galaxy far far away, you will travel via a bumpy road built by George Lucas' team. Your first stop is Ong Jemel, literally "Neck of the Camel", a rock formation that appears remarkably like a headless camel. Star Wars fans will get to climb this rock, and take photographs from the exact location of Darth Maul's lookout spot in The Phantom Menace. Back in your vehicle, you will find that you are out in the desert with no roads in sight. You will get to experience true 4x4 driving as you are expertly navigated over the large dunes of the area. Definitely more exciting than a roller coaster! You will arrive at the Star Wars set of Mos Espa. After living out your Star Wars fantasies,  After this, you will return to Tozeur in time for dinner.
